  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, reception is closed from 7pm Monday - Friday, 6pm Saturday & 4pm Sundays. Please give us a call at the time of booking if you require late check-in after reception hours.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details for a 50% or full payment are required to secure room booking.

  • Are you Pet Friendly?

    Update 22/10/2025

    We are no longer accepting future Pet-Friendly bookings however we are only accomodating bookings already made.


    From January 2026, we will not be a pet-friendly motel.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time.


    Cancellations made after check-in time will be charged for the first night.


    Guests that have checked in and leave earlier than booked are not entitled to a partial refund.


    Under special circumstances a partial refund may be given at managers discretion

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    Yes, every room has undercover parking.

  • Do you have room for a trailer?

    Generally, no, but if we are not busy then we can accommodate a trailer. Please contact reception at time of booking.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate any trucks due to our height clearance, however we have ample street parking.

  • Do you have a pool?

    Yes, we do.

  • We have 2 cars; do you have room for 2 cars?

    Generally, no we only have room for 1 car per room. Again if we are not too busy then we can do our best to accommodate you.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No, but we do have frozen microwave meals available at reception. There is Fish & Chip and a Chinese takeaway a short 200mt walk as well as a couple of cafes within walking distance. Plus, numerous other eateries close by.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, free WiFi internet to all of our rooms.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.

  • Do you have room service?

    No, we do have a selection of cereals, juice available from reception. Also local café’s serve breakfast.

  • Do you have any rooms that have 2 bedrooms?

    No we don’t.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a garden, a BBQ area and a deck at the back of the motel with 2 BBQ’s.

  • Do you have Foxtel?

    No, but you can access your Stan or Netflix account over our free WiFi.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    Fairfield shopping centre is only a 5-minute drive, they have Coles, Woolies, Kmart, reject Shop plus many others.


    Castletown Shopping Centre, 9-minute drive, Coles, Woolies, Big W plus lots speciality stores.


    Or Stockland Shopping Centre with Myer, Big W & Kmart, PLUS Woolies & Coles, 8 minutes by car.

  • Do you have any disabled rooms?

    No, we do not have any disability access rooms.

  • Do you have interconnecting rooms?

    No, we don’t.

    Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.


    Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.


    Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.


    The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.
